The PURPOSE OF THIS role is to support jobseekers with a health issue,
injury, illness or disability towards employment by providing one to
one guidance; to engage with businesses to match jobseekers to job
opportunities and support both employer and employee in sustaining
employment.
JOB SUMMARY
* A qualification in Coaching, Adult Guidance, Youth Work or similar
would be a distinct advantage,
* Role is based in Dublin 7 Head Office plus up to 1 day per week in
a satellite office location in Dublin West area. Hybrid working model,
min 2 days in the office, Travel required, driving licence beneficial,

* Experience working in the Disability or Community sector or
Recruitment an advantage,
* Good knowledge of issues and concerns for employers around
